When you submit an enquiry or registration form, we collect the details you provide: name, mobile number, email address, and any preferences or messages you include. We do not collect NRIC numbers, financial account details or other sensitive identifiers through this website.
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry about Dunearn Green — to share project updates, the e-brochure, floor plans and price guide you requested, and to arrange showflat appointments. Consent is obtained at the point of submission via the consent checkbox on every form, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Enquiries are routed to the developer's appointed sales team so they can respond to you. Form submissions are transmitted via a secure third-party form-processing service. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to any other party.
Data is retained only as long as needed to serve your enquiry and reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted. Under the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing sales@dunearn-green.sg. We respond to such requests within a reasonable time.
